
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient. In humans vitamin C is a highly effective antioxidant, as well as an enzyme cofactor for the biosynthesis of many important biochemicals.
Daily requirements recommended is between 90mg and 2000mg per day.
Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, one tablet daily preferably at mealtime.
